The Bulk Action Tab has two functionalities:
Bulk Delete
If you have submission errors and wish to tidy up your Dashboard, you can delete past submission entries from the Dashboard. Please note that this does not delete the actual submission to the provider but removes the applicable row/s from the Dashboard screen.
Bulk Synchronise
If you have added a new Group to the scheme on the provider's portal, you will need to synchronise your scheme to enable the updates to be brought through to payroll. We do this automatically at least once every pay period, but you may need to sync on an ad-hoc basis.
In the PensionSync Dashboard, select which scheme, or schemes you wish to sync or which rows of activity you wish to delete:
Then, select the 'Bulk Action' button towards to right of the screen:
From there you can select to Sync selected schemes or Delete selected submissions:
You'll be asked to confirm. Once selected 'delete', the rows from the Dashboard will be removed immediately:
Once selected 'Synchronize', the scheme will be updated in a couple of minutes or less.
