PensionSync Dashboard - Activities

The Activities tab lets you view granular alerts on each of your clients' pension schemes. You can see alerts for the following activities:

Green success alerts - generally confirming that a pension data submission has been accepted by the pension provider, or that a new client's scheme has been successfully added to PensionSync

Amber warning alert - these include notifications that an action may be required. For example, an error correction may have been made in PensionSync and you may want to update payroll to permanently resolve the error

Blue information alerts - these provide information and updates. For example, you get an alert to let you know that a file has been delivered to the pension provider and that they are processing it for you. 

Red error alerts - these type of alerts require an action, either to fix an error or to re-authorise a connection to a scheme

You can dismiss alerts once you have actioned them, and green alerts are automatically dismissed periodically to save cluttering up your Activities page. You can easily view dismissed alerts - there is a box to tick at the top of the page to toggle between dismissed and non-dismissed alerts. 

There is also a search option at the top of the page, enabling you to quickly and easily narrow down the Dashboard to, for example, the specific scheme you want to view.
