The PensionSync Dashboard Organisation section helps you to manage your organisation's contact and billing information easily.
There are 3 sections:
1 - Details
Enter your organisation details here and hit Sign-up (new registration) or Save (updating existing details) to confirm.
2 - Subscriptions
Review the price plan and Subscribe. PensionSync automatically updates your pricing based on the number of pension schemes you are using the system for. For example, an employer using the system for just their own scheme will automatically pay £5 per month on the Basic plan, whereas a payroll agency managing lots of schemes will automatically pay £1 per scheme per month on the Unlimited Plan.
Billing is monthly in arrears from the date you complete your subscription.
3 - Billing
Set up a Direct Debit to pay your monthly subscription fee. If you need someone else to sign the Direct Debit mandate you can provide their email address and we will send the link to them.
Once you have set up a Direct Debit, these screens will update accordingly. You'll still be able to edit your Organisation Details and Billing Details, but you won't see the information about how to set up the Direct Debit or the GoCardless DD Setup button anymore.
