With NOW: Pensions, if a member's employee ID/NI Number/Surname/Date of Birth etc don't quite match between the submission and the member record at NOW: then NOW: hold the submission, waiting your confirmation of whether it is a match or not. You will receive an email from NOW:, and a message in your PensionSync Alerts to ask you to login to the NOW: Gateway to confirm:
Your submission is being held by NOW: Pensions due to member matching issues. Please log in to the NOW:Gateway to view and resolve the member matching issues so that your submission can be processed.
When you have reviewed/resolved the matching queries on the NOW website, select to continue at the bottom of the page and then ensure that you confirm the import on the following screen to actually complete the upload.
If you resolve the matching, then the submission will complete successfully, if you reject the match at NOW: the submission will Error.
