V236 We have identified some missing active contracts for the pay period being submitted. Please login to your Now Pensions portal to provide the details for the missing contracts and complete the import.
This is a new validation that is displayed when you have records on the ‘Missing contributions’ page, which is a new stage in the upload journey. The validation identifies active workers who are not included in the submission. Because there is an expectation for contributions for all active workers, if they are not included it creates an entry that requires confirmation from you where you can:
- Provide the missing contributions
- Add an exit date for the contract
- Confirm no contributions are due
Because you are submitting the file via API you will have to login to the NOW Gateway and provide this information. You will need to login, select continue on the dashboard for the relevant payroll and it will take you to the relevant page. You then need to complete the import via the portal.
You should also receive an email confirming the action required directly from NOW.
