NOW: Pensions error message:
V101 PAYPERIOD should be the same for all rows in a given PAY CODE and ER CODE
V103 PAYSTART should be the same for all rows in a given PAY CODE and ER CODE
A152 Invalid submission : Bad PAYSTART in upload: expected DD/MM/YYYY but found DD/MM/YYYY.
The issue is caused by the period dates you are submitting, which do not match those NOW: Pensions is expecting. This could be a full period out if you are submitting having missed the last period, or a duplicate submission of the previously accepted period.
If you need to, you can contact NOW: Pensions support to review and/or change the period dates on the scheme records, or adjust in payroll if required.
In some cases it may be the Pay Period number which is causing the error rather than the actual dates. The Pay Period numbers can be customised in the NOW: Pensions Gateway. They should match the numbers your payroll software produces, which is typically in line with Tax Periods, e.g. on a monthly payroll April = 1 and so on.
