The error states something like this:
One or more contributions you've entered for this member are less than the minimum you've agreed to pay for them. Please check that the pensionable earnings and contributions you've entered match the group this member belongs to, or that you've used the correct reason code.
If a worker was enrolled without a NI Number originally, Nest may not have them set as being eligible for tax relief. If they aren't set as eligible for tax relief, then Nest expects the full 5% from the employee in payroll (to still meet the legislative 8% in total).
Please check on the Nest portal - > Manage Workers area, and click on view/edit for this member.
If you scroll down you should be able to check/amend the tax relief status so that they are eligible for tax relief.
If you save this setting, then wait 15-30 minutes (it can take Nest's system this long to feed the change through to the contribution schedule) and then submit again from in payroll.
You shouldn't need to recalculate, just resubmit.
