Event Date Error Code - OutOfRange

EventDate must be less than or equal to the current date if the provided combination of AssessmentCode and EventCode is supplied

Nest are unable to accept an enrolment in their system ahead of the actual date. Therefore if the enrolment is 15 January, you will need to submit on or after 15 January.
