NOW: Pensions Group

When you set up your NOW: Pensions scheme in Employment Hero Payroll, via pensionsync the Contribution Plan to must be set as the Pay Code as shown on the NOW: Pensions website.

The submission includes a Group identifier that doesn't match what the pension provider is expecting. The pension provider NOW: Pensions refers to this as the 'Pay Code' but it might be called something else in payroll, such as Worker Group. Please ensure that the correct details have been entered for the scheme in payroll. Please note that if a user has recently added the Group on the NOW: Pensions portal, it may need to update overnight before you can submit this data.
