If you get an error from your submission to NOW: Pensions regarding a mismatch of period dates being submitted from KeyPay, you may want to review the period dates calendar on the NOW website.

Examples of errors that you might receive:
A152 Invalid submission : Bad PAYSTART in upload: expected 06/07/2019 but found 20/06/2019.
V103 PAYSTART should be the same for all rows in a given PAY CODE and ER CODE
