With NOW: Pensions the authorisation process will need to be repeated every 3 months when using pensionsync.
If you receive an error message when submitting via pensionsync regarding authorisation, please either click on the link in the error message, or proceed to the pensionsync SMT and select the Account -> Authorisations menu. Click on the link symbol for the scheme in question and when prompted enter your NOW: Pensions credentials that you would use on their portal to access the scheme.
Once authorised your submission should continue to be processed through pensionsync as normal.
