A scheme can become un-authorised for a number of reasons but the easiest way to re-authorise it is through your payroll software.
In payroll, navigate to your main Pension Settings (Payroll Settings > Pension Settings) and under the 'Actions' tab select to 'Import from PensionSync'. This will take you to the Authorisation Gateway where you can key in your username/password for the Pension Provider's portal.
