Download Opt Outs and other worker updates

As a PensionSync user, you can download a report of all your clients' Opt Outs and any other worker updates at any time following these simple steps: 

1) Log into the PensionSync Dashboard and click Open SMT

2) Click Account > Reports

3) Click Export File, select the reporting period required and tick "Worker Instructions"
