Royal London Guidance

Royal London is a new pension provider offered through PensionSync.

It is a little different to the existing providers (Nest, The People's Pension etc) as there is no connection from PensionSync to Royal London - they have no method for us to automatically deliver the data to them.

So, instead we will create the Royal London files to be available to download from the PensionSync Dashboard.

On clicking 'Get Files' you will be able to download either individual files or a zip bundle of all the files related to that submission.

The Zip file contains two folders of files:

- one for if the Royal London scheme is set up to do the assessment of the workforce

- one for if the Royal London scheme is set as payroll does the assessment

For any scheme, you will only need one or other folder - we produce both as we don't know which type of scheme it is.

You will need to upload the files on to the Royal London website.
