True Potential Guidance

True Potential is a new pension provider offered through PensionSync.

It is a little different to the existing providers (Nest, The People's Pension etc) as there is no connection from PensionSync to True Potential - they have no method for us to automatically deliver the data to them.

So, instead we will create the True Potential files to be available to download from the PensionSync Dashboard.

On clicking 'Get Files' you will be able to download either individual files or a zip bundle of all the files related to that submission.

You will need to upload the files on to the True Potential website.

Note, we've also included a handy leavers file to enable you to more easily identify and manually update leavers on the True Potential website too.
