Please check with JustAccounts that PensionSync has been switched on in your account.
Then in JustAccounts go to the Client settings tab of the Company, and check PensionSync Enabled flag is set to Yes, then:
- select the pension provider (e.g. Nest)
- enter your EmployerId for your scheme (e.g. EMP123456789) as the External PensionSync Reference
- leave existing PensionSync Name blank
-if you have group names set within your pension provider, you can set these within the Pension Schemes tab in the PensionSync Group field.
When you click the Save button of Company this links payroll to PensionSync
- you should see a View Dashboard option within the Client Settings tab. You will need to click View Dashboard to complete your pension provider login, so that the pension provider can check that you are a registered user for the scheme in question.
On returning to the page of JustAccounts, click View Dashboard to open PensionSync Dashboard and register your contact information and set up the Direct Debit through GoCardless.
