The error looks likes this:
PAYROLL MONTH - MON006 - You must provide either a payment or a non-payment reason for the next unpaid payroll month.
This error is sometimes due to an employee who has opted out of the scheme. You can download the Worker Notifications to receive the opt out info in payroll.
Please contact PensionSync Support for confirmation from Aviva on the exact issue if Opt Out information is not applicable.
