Retrieve Worker Changes (Opt Outs)

Go to the Auto Enrolment dropdown menu and select the relevant pension provider and "Retrieve Worker Changes":

QTAC will retrieve details of any opt outs or other worker changes from pensionsync:

If there are no worker changes QTAC will confirm there are no updates available:

Payroll users should complete this quick process each pay run to ensure opt outs and other changes are kept up to date.
