Employment Hero PensionSync simplifies payroll-to-pension processing, but we know that from time to time our customers may need a little extra help. 

Using the Employment Hero PensionSync Help Centre

The Help Centre is arranged in to sections as follows:

• Visit the Get to know Employment Hero PensionSync section for information about the features of PensionSync, guidance on how to use the PensionSync Dashboard and frequently asked questions. 
• There is a section for each payroll software. Visit the section for your payroll software for tailored guidance on how to set up and use PensionSync and common queries. We regularly add to and update content, so if you have a question it's likely that you will find the answer here. 
• There is also a section for each pension provider. Visit these sections for information about each provider, including details of the most common error messages and what they mean. 

The Get to know Employment Hero PensionSync, payroll software and pension provider sections are publicly available, so you don't need any log in details to get access to the help articles.
